1) Dopamine. Why should we be cautious when infusing dopamine to the Inferior STEMI with RVI? I'm becoming an Advanced Care Paramedic in Ontario and this question was asked of me during one of my tests. Dopamine is in out Cardiogenic Shock directive, but I believe there is a caution sign for us using it on this type of patient than we may even be pacing at this point. Thoughts?
