1) With heart transplant patients who are having flu like/infection symptoms should they always go to the facility that did their heart transplant? Had a patient who had heart transplant two years ago and brought to closest hospital (N/V, abdominal pain, chest pain, fever low grade) and nurse informed me she should have gone to facility that did heart transplant (50 minutes away).
2) What is a good way to conquer complex topics in education?
3) Graduating paramedic school soon. I’m concerned about which path I should take. Fire/EMS? Private EMS? Critical care? In-hospital? I’m open to any of it, I was just interested to hear your guys’ thoughts.
